I’m proud and excited to announce my new certification, Mindfulness – CBT (Cognitive Based Therapy). Mindfulness – CBT is a research based tool that encourages us to trust in our own experiences and allows us greater flexibility in living. Mindfulness allows us to recognize our own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors as they arise without getting stuck in our usual, automatic reactions.
